Learn to balance and ride the waves. Everyone experiences stress once in a while and that’s alright, because stress is part of life and encourages you to perform better. It's about finding your balance and riding the waves.

Speakers

Surf your Stress was started by the university with input from students. Because, although your study period is often described as "the best time of your life", studying can be quite stressful. Many students experience stress during their studies. you are definitely not alone!

With this project, we want to stimulate the dialogue about stress at the university, provide you as a student with more information and offer practical tools to better deal with it. We organize various events every year, culminating in the "Surf your Stress" week in November.
